Deposits and Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:

Full Lash Set: $50 deposit

Lash Refill: $25 deposit

PMU Appointment: $100 deposit
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due after your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be credited toward your next service.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment will result in loss of the deposit, and the client will be required to pay the full price of the service to rebook.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and must pay the full service amount to book again.
We value our clients’ time as well as our stylists’ professionalism. Our appointments are carefully scheduled to provide the highest level of service and attention to each client.

All service and training deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

New clients: We do not refill work done by other artists. A removal and full set must be booked.
